Sorry if its already been done. Nice little cree led torches in aldi this weekend. They come with a diffuser so are really useful as a lamp inside a tent etc. Good back up emergency night riding torch. Run on 3 x AAA batteries included seem good for a tenner.

But the big question is which colour to choose.
Anthracite or Black?
You can run these with a "tube extender" and a 18650 battery.
It's not actually that great a deal though...
you can easily pick up a "5w cree torch" for a couple of quid on Amazon or ebay.
Normally a Q5 LED...
I think its an ok deal, its a decent enough little torch and has the diffuser that makes it more useful for camping bikepacking etc. I havnt many with that option.

I'm using the one Aldi had on last years specials.
Same batteries as well 🙂 (Mind you not used for prolonged bike rides).
