Has anyone dealt with them?
Are they a real shop with staff?
Ive had no reply to email & their Contact Us form in nearly two weeks and they don't answer their phone!

They're just off the main road in Abercarn, not far from Cwmcarn. Never used them though.
Tried to post a pic from google earth street view, but couldnt figure it out 😳
Edit, just reading their About Us page, they say they're at the Forest Drive now, so wether they have moved shops or not I dont know.
Yep, they moved to the actual trail centre car park at Cwmcarn a couple of years back.
It's a small shop, and they're good people so definitely worth giving them another ring - I've had several things done by them - wheel rebuild, fork and reverbs serviced, they're very helpful and do a great job - possibly just not got the email ( or not great at keeping up with them...)
