What's the protocol?

Should I give them formal written warning or just dive straight in?

I'm thinking about copying my correspondence and letting you lot decide.

IMO you need to give them a chance to sort out the problem.

Whether you tell them you are considering posting up on here is up to you.

If its been payed for and it's not in the post, lets say after 10 days then go for it. Especially if a promise to post has been broken.

Plenty of opportunity to resolve. Plenty of excuses why it hasn't been resolved.

There has been regular contact, which makes me think these excuses may be genuine, but it all started in December and I have run out of patience.

Joking aside OP, naming and shaming isn't pointless revenge - it often turns up more victims of the same conman/dickhead and gives the rest of us a useful heads-up.

Nah, as said, there was a huge thread with formerly prolific poster RealMan defending selling some really crap brakes as 'new' or something. Wouldn't accept he was in the wrong.
