i would go with 6Nm with a wet thread.
If you mean the bolt on the head-cap thingy that will need more than 6Nm. Too easy to over-torque and round 4mm stem bolts though. Can't beat the old RF SYStem for withstanding cack-handed mechanics when servicing headsets.
I'm just about to go and fit a new one to my SS, seems to have been killed by the snow and grit and now rocks and clunks alarmingly.
