Can you convert a set of dura-ace wheels to run a campy cassette?

wouldn't have thought so (such a helpful answer!)

you can get dif freehub bodies for dt wheels but almost certain cant be done for shimano

Nope, but you can get cassettes with splines that work on shimano in a campag tooth profile. Miche and mavic are the first that spring to mind, there's likely others.
