Hi sefton,

I have used Exotic carbons on a 29er for ages now and have had no issues at all. I personally wouldn't bother for the extra £50 especially because there is nothing wrong with the Exotics.
Why complicate your life to be a little different from already the diffrent! 😉

Exotics all the way.
They reall are a very nicely finished fork for the money, & they ride lovely also. To me they take big hits better than a steel fork, but the steel fork has it for smaller trail "buzz".
Dont know of Pro-Carbon forks...

Agreed Sefton, a nice looking fork but no better than the Exotic's and similar weight and stuff so no advantage there either.
Exotic's again from me!

Nice looking, but stealthy black does it for me.
There was someone selling some (29er) Exotics on here the other day, might save you a bob.

There's 2 Pro models, and with one of them you can play spot the difference between it and Exotic (and Nukeproof, and White Bros)

Same fork (as I think Northwind is suggesting). Isn't Pro Shimano's componentry brand?

I have white bros, they do look the same as the pro and exotic, possibly out of the same factory, I've heard the exotics flex a bit, no complaints with the white bros, except the price compared to exotics.
