What's wrong with this picture and why won't the r/h spacer fit in the hub?
Any ideas?

Nah. They are front. I pulled them out of a Pro2 wheel, stuck them in a toolbox, and now, having "forgotten" how they go in, can't get them in again.
They are definately 20mm. Its seems weird they should just push in....
Neither look like pro 2 front spacers. Mine don't have o-rings. Go with wwaswas's exploded diagrams.
Er, please ignore me, those are SR Black Flag converters ๐ณ
Hugely embarassing ๐ณ
The bearings sit on the outside of the hub and have a 20mm bore (google the dimensions of a 6804 bearing) the spacers don't push into the hub they sit on the outside.
๐ all done it. At least you didn't try and ride with them on.
They don't look like Pro 2 20mm spacers - The pro 2 20mm spacers are held onto the end of the hub by a circlip.
like this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=10237
If they are definatly 20mm they must be from another hub
