How do I get them out? I've got the bearings and the drift to fit them but can't get the old ones out.

Flat screwdriver from the opposite side.
Tap with hammer.
Alternate between each side of the bearing.
Just push the inner sleeve out of the way with said screwdriver.
They fly out. 😉
