just overhauled my pro2, Ive done this a few times now without fault, this time when the qr is done up the wheel does not spin very freely when its not done up wheel spins nice and free...any ideas?
yes the spacer is in the freehub..!!
Have you got the black freehub seal in the correct way round and is it properly seated
yes mate i have, all is good on that score, i think i'll go back and tap the bearings a bit in case one hasn't seated correctly...(using the correct tool of course.)
The plastic seal that goes around the freehub may not be pushed in place. Try a flat head screwdriver and gently push it in between the hub and body..... Hope that makes sense, was a couple if years ago I had one.

schoolboy error, non drive side seal on wrong way....all sorted now for the next few months.
