I have always thought for a bike about dividing new price by two and starting down from that but wheels?
I am thinking of selling a set of Hope pro 2 hopes laced to DT4.2 rims, they are a couple of years old but in generally good condition.
Problem is i haven't a clue how much to price them for either here or ebay. Any one able to offer some guidance as to what would be a fair price.
Whether they get sold depends on how much i can get and whether i can stretch to a set of pro3's on stans.
around 150 if they are in good nick.
Less though if they are 2yrs old. Some blokes can do serious mileage without dinging wheels etc. So you have to assume that they have been used.

You can buy hope hoops for £250 brand new.
i won't mention the two Cristalps on the wheels then... 🙂
