Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use a 2.5mm spacer on the non drive side to help improve the chain line with a Shimano press fit BB on a 73mm bottom bracket shell, as I would with a threaded bottom bracket?

how would a spacer on the non-driveside help? You mean driveside?
Are you running 1x10/11 ?

Just use washers on the chainring

ok, it's a 92m BB. So no I cannot use the included 2.5mm spacer on the non drive side. Chain ring spacers are the only option.
