Never bought one before. I think I need a standard Shimano one, they are standard Shimano HT2 cranks.
Should I just buy whatever mid range Shimano is on offer? Will I die? Will it die? Will I be able to smack the old one out with a thick dowel and press the new one in with a threaded bar?

If its a standard 41mm ID then widths are 89.5/92mm or 104.5/107mm for MTB or 86.5mm for road
