Do I need one and if so, which one?

I miss my nice simple screw in bb already....

Removal - hammer & drift / screwdriver

Fitting - bit of threaded bar, some nuts and some washers. Oh yeah and a spanner or two

If you're not refitting it - hammer and suitable drift

Park Tool do one for 30 quid..

It comes with fitting bushings, I then got some threaded bar and a couple of big nuts and washers and made my own press.

Sorted thank you. Using a drift to remove and did the threaded bar, 2 nuts and 2 washers for the bearing press. Total cost £3!
