You can be a premier user just by being a mag subscriber so in that sense, yes because I think the mag is good. To read the mags online you need to be "premier digital" IIRC.
i like the access to online issues which is handy when the paper one doesnt turn up on time 😉
Its not the same just reading them on a screen. The little vids every now and then are interesting. Some links on the digital mag are handy.
My pay back to STW and I get to read the mag - so v.good value to me!
