[#1450724]

Just had the eyes tested and once again I need more glasses.

Looking for cheap'ish pair or two.

I've had a pair of Asda's rim glasses for 3 years and still good.

Pondering two George specials £90 frame and lenses and safety glasss over the top.

Any other suggestion, dont like contacts. And I'll never let the eye butchers at me.

Tried various options and find disposable contacts and cheap as chips tinted safety specs the best solution.
Not such a big deal when you crash and break them!

Oakleys are probably the best quality, optically, but cost a fortune.

Still, you've only got one pair of eyes. To put it into perspective, how much are a pair of new forks? A decent pair of riding specs is surely worth the expense.

I ended up with four pairs, one of which is tinted+UV thingied. Not dedicated sunglasses per se but that doesn't seem to stop them working.

Glasses direct?

Or use your old frames with new lenses.

I've had my Oakleys redone twice.

Well I got my two pairs of glasses 🙂

As for protection when riding... I got these of ebay for $8 🙂 Over Specs.
