Hi all,
A few of us are coming from Sheffield up to Hebden bridge on Saturday for the hill climb. Any shortish but good routes you can recommend? Seen as it doesn't start until one would be good to get a ride in before the pain.

Hebden > BW to Jack Bridge > short road climb to Slack > down zig zag BW back towards the Jack Bridge BW > climb back up lane to Heptonstall > down Blue Pig > road back towards Hebden and then up to Peckett Well > down Peckett Well BW and road back into Hebden.
Short'ish and entirely legal!
I am pretty sure you can get onto the Mary Townley loop from Hebdon Bridge which has some decent trails.
