[#2226091]

My Rockshox Revs need to go in the post to a mate of mine for a service. Do they have to be boxed up or will it be ok to wrap them in copious amounts of brown paper - obviously I don't want them damaged if they get chucked around.

thanks,
Kev

Box would be best but you could wrap a sheet of cardboard round them too. Brown paper wouldn't last 2 minutes.

of course, thanks for the idea. I've found some boxes at work but they are either too big or too small. So what I can do is grab a couple of the small ones and use them as cardboard wraps.

thanks again.

TFTuned give guidelines for posting on tehir site. I use pipe lagging and bubble wrap

Drop-out protector would be useful, to stop the fork legs being crushed together. Or fix an old hub in place.

negated if you have a 20mm/15mm axle

checked TFTuned, looks like it'll be worth my while sourcing some bubble wrap and something to wedge between the legs. Perhaps I can find a bit of wood or something out the shed for that.

thanks for the advice.
