Hi folks I have to send a frame cross country, it's boxed and everything but who is easiest to send it with?

I've always used ParcelForce through www.parcelmonkey.com but most on here seem to recommend Paisley Freight

Cheers buddy, just used parcel monkey and it was really easy and straight forward.

bumping with a a question, can you add extra insurance (£700) onto Parcelmonkey, I cant see anything?

Depends on the courier you chose - after you pick the courier its usually bottom left when you tell them whats in the parcel, and how much its worth/insured.

EDIT - just checked, pick your courier, enter the dimensions and then on the address page the insurance is on the bottom - Parcelforce through Parcelmonkey charge £12.49 for £700 insurance
