This isn't going to sound very helpful, but i can't remember who i use, costs me £7 for any package up to 25kg mainland uk though, ill have a look see if i can find the labels. Interparcel aren't bad, but they're more expensive than that.

I've used Parcel2Go several times for quotes and ended up going through DHL each time, who have been excellent.

I have used Parcelforce a few times without complaint.

I sent my Orange Patriot frame to Kent from Cardiff - can't remember exactly now but it was around £12. Picked up from my house at lunchtime one day, arrived at the buyer's house next morning. Can't fault it.

If you can get the box to less than 120cm you can use payperparcel (dhl) for about £15.

I use Interparcel if possible, but if I want insurance I tend to go with Parcelforce instead as it seems to work out about the same - and I have a (possibly misguided) hunch that they might be less likely to skank me if they lose the box.
