[Closed] Postal Law?

Is there a name for the law that exists whereby,

the stuff you buy that you really need quickly doesnt turn up, your emails get ignored leaving you considering trashing the reputation of the shop and giving an excuse not to ride to work straight after christmas

the stuff that you buy that you can wait for, gets good communication even if its not despatched promptly

but the thing that you have no immediate need for that you order at half past ten at night - gets first class communication and is sent out 1st class recorded, arriving quicker than a flash

whatever its called
