Post mount adaptor wind up

I have a Fox F120 fork with post mount for disk brakes.
I have an aged Mono Mini IS mount.
I have a 160 mm rotor.
I need some kind of adaptor.
I am struggling to find one I am confident will do it.
Help gratefully received...

Doesn't the brake caliper fit straight onto the post mount on the fork (remove IS adapter)?

Holy shit, it is more complicated than I thought!

I never knew that kcnc one existed/was possible to squeeze in between the 'posts': I have just recently advised a mate to flog his lovely 183mm IS mono mini beacause I thought he'd have to go up to 203mm rotor on his new fork. 😳
