fair enough.. Apologies for my post, I should've checked rather than going by what others were saying 🙂

Never heard of them and only after reading some of these replies do I think that they may be involved in insurance. The fact that they waste money on this advertising rather than reducing premiums puts me off straight away.

Better would be they provide data about claims v complaints and claim payment ratio. 

Which has not been clarified. 

YJ seems to come out of this OK, CSAL less so!
