Maybe something will be done when (and I'm sure they'll do all they can in [i]this [/i]case) the driver is brought to court. Instead of the usual Driving Without Due Care and Attention BS.

my bro got knocked down by a police warden, and so the police told him they weren't going to investigate, despite the many witnesses. as thick as thieves...
