…and the peloton only cares about being caught and couldn’t give a flying **** about cheating.
All of them?
Sounds like this guy's got the inside track on things, eh?
3 for 3 so far this year, he's a man on a mission....
Having followed all of Dr ISM’s 3 billion videos and podcasts about Z2 to the letter, No!, I’m not remotely surprised 🤣🤣🤣
I fully expect to win every race I enter this summer now too 🤷🏻♂️ 🤣
If you were POG and for the sake of argument were doping either pharma or motor...then why the hell would you take the risk of doing it in some meaningless minor races in Iberia when the season hasn't even begun yet? All it would do is increase the risk of being caught and paint a big target on your back for the testers for when the real racing starts.
He's up against riders that flirt with GT aspirations in terrain that suits him down to the ground, the real test will come in the summer.
It's a bit like Pidders at the moment, he's placing top 10 in sprint stages, granted there's some absolute hair brain manoeuvres happening on his behalf, but it's not a GT sprint stage is it, they're just race training.
As they said on GCN+ yesterday, Pog is a bit like PlayStation cycling, kind of has a play with it when he wants. Yesterday was just like a GT mountain stage, let break away go, start winding them in, sit on and break for the line on a steep (cobbled) section Mas got close, about as close as he would in a GT stage and he's really the only other rider of that standard there.
Yep
thanks to the texan **** there will always be suspicion whether warranted or not, I cannot understand why anyone wants to listen to his pods/commentary etc for that very reason.
But I can't think that Pog is dirty based on what we see in February racing, because everyone is on varied training plans, peaking for different races etc. Also the gaps in last yrs TdF were'nt that big and the year before was decided by essentially a day with grim weather that split the bunch
I'm just glad that Valverde isn't racing any more
I’m just glad that Valverde isn’t racing any more
I think that of a few people and then they invariably turn up a year or so later as a DS or coach or something.
Like, how the hell is Alexander Vinokourov still involved?!
I think the sport is much cleaner now and races are being more hard-fought (possibly because of the way the UCI rankings now work) but yeah, it's always annoying when unrepentant former dopers pop up in team manager roles.
Magnus Cort going well too 😱😱😱😱😱
