Any recommendations on plus rims?

Noticed CRC have Easton Arc plus rims for £49.99 which would seem a bargain at half RRP. Plus another £10 off with the clearance code if buying two.
40 or 45mm rims?

Naturally I'd opt for DT Swiss big ride hubs, although there not cheap!
Hope fatsno aren't much difference in price either.
Are there any other decent hub options?

How do I size up spokes?

What should I expect to pay to get the wheels built up? Any recommendations where to get them built near hemel hempstead?

Which lacing pattern should I choose for plus wheels?

The El Guapo hubs are cheap,
I think they are cartridge bearings so should be ok with decent bearings in.
And go wide.
I built Dually's but at the time it was them or Rabbit Holes, which were silly money.

I did my Pro2/Scrapers in standard 3-cross.

There are online spoke calculators but if you are getting the wheels built up then the wheel builder should be able to do this for you.

As with Scotroutes, go for three cross
