I am new to the world of the above. I need to install a 2x10 XO bb30 crank into a 2014 Stumpy carbon evo frame. Some helpful advise would be much appreciated.

Superstar Components. Seriously. The Sram one that came on my Giant was woeful. Creaks and groans after only a few weeks. For BB30, like ISIS, dearer doesn't always mean better unless you get into King money. 😀

Its just bearings. Pre grease some reasonable ones.
