..
In my attempt to try to make general practice completely car free (it's cheaper than turning the practice 'green'...) I've got the bike sorted (Modified Kona DrFine, giggle) and got pannier racks...

But, I'm struggling to find a suitable doctor/drug/pannier bag.

Ideally it will:
-look like a nice 'breifcase' / 'leather stachel' type bag, though could be metal/nylon materials
-be easy to shoulder carry AND hang on a pannier
-be waterproof, or waterproofable...

Things like this and thisare nice, but maybe not sturdy or rigid enough...

Help appreciated!

Or... I could convert a suitable non-pannier bag to hang on a rack?

I did - I couldn't see that they were pannier bags though, just shoulder ones...

The tokyo fixed one looks promising...

This I'll see how I could get my pesky mitts onto some of these before purchasing!

Cheers
