I received a really nice bike light for Christmas from my dad who bought it from mtb batteries(smudge).He received the light within 2-3 days which is excellent but the light lens was cracked when he inspected the light.He has sent quite a few emails and smudge has sent out 2 replacement lens,but my dad has not received them.So on Christmas day I opened up a great present only to be told it is broke.
Please sort this smudge?

Dude, give the guy a break, he's had some tough stuff to deal with lately, so isn't up to his usual extremely high standard. (He did take time out to tell stw, do a search)
