Apologies for the poor photo quality below, but i need to find this replacement part for one of my bikes.
Its from the front derailleur and it is the part that clamps the cable to the derailleur. Its a Sram mech, as it has the groove in the back plate.
On a tangent i asked a mechanic in Evans who suggested a Shimano bolt and washer would work and he was ultimately offended when i suggested that isnt compatible with Sram mechs...
If anyone knows where I can find this part I would be most grateful.

is it not just a bolt and washer to clamp the cable?? Think your mate is right
No its not just a bolt and washer. The back plate has a groove in it for where the cable sits. A bolt and washer is for the Shimano mech, there the grove is etched into the mech itself. Plus the pack plate in the pic above has a thread in it.
Which derailleur is it?
2012 X0 2x10 speed, direct mount.
