Problems again! So no 1 son riding my old Turner Burner DW link, recently replaced seat stay pivots - great. Now lots of play in DW link itself (I blame the 180's at the skate park) and taken apart to find the metal bars inside the linkages are completely worn so getting a few mm play. Sounding like Turner may or may not still be in business, website showing no replacement stock so..... Does anyone have any Burner 2009 onwards, DW link bits lying around the garage/shed/toolbox?
Or has anyone had the bars fabricated with any success?
I would be most appreciative and obviously willing to pay if you can find anything, boy needs bike for daily exercise (family sanity)!

I think DT said that there was stock of spares, so well worth emailing.
I'm going to retire my burner just as soon as this Corona nonsense is out of the way and ride to work scheme at work gets changed. In that case all the pivot hardware will be available to someone.

I may be able to help but most of my stuff is 2015 Czar, flux.

You can still buy bushes from igus which you have to buy in bulk. I do have some spares. My Czar is now a bearing version..but GF Czar is bushes. I've just rebuilt hers.

Like I say I may have some apart part used shafts depending on size which may work for you which you can have.

Turner is creeping along in some capacity but communication is all over the shop - that said I've been very well looked after by Dave Turner and still mainly ride their bikes.
