I'm looking for some sort or clip that will snap on to a 20mm brake bridge or seat stay.
Would prefer something that snaps into place in the same way a Lezyne pump bracket clips to a frame.
Does anyone know of any clips that might be available like this?

Some kind of pipe clip?
Try somewhere like rswww.com as they do clips for plumbing, hydraulics and pneumatics.
