I've just received my bike this morning and i didn't expect the finish that's on the frame ,is your frame a highly polished black lacquer or can you see the carbon weave.
Mine seems to be a bit of both so before i ring and make a fool of myself can someone confirm what finish they have.

I have the Flanders XLS and it's a gloss black with just a hint of the weave underneath. The carbon weave isn't a cosmetic finish either. Nice bike though.
Carbon weave can be seen on mine. Its polished and looks good. No decal's too which is nice.
Weave under a gloss lacquer for me, but it was one of the early ones.
Any of you use mudguards? I've bought some Raceblades XL which aren't going to fit due the rear derailuer cable routing. Any recommendations?
12k under gloss here. Can't beat cheap carbon 😉
I'm gonna give them a ring this morning as mine seems to be neither any of these even my wife commented on how bad it was and she takes no interest at all 🙂
BB area will have black paint fading into the 12k finish on main tubes under gloss laquer.
