[Closed] Planet x rt57 or Ribble Nero frame?

Contemplating road bike....
Assuming drivetrain and wheels, etc will be same spec, any real differences between these frames?
Suspect same factory but could be wrong.

The planet x has been designed by planet x specifically for them. The ribble will be some sort of catalogue item I'd guess
