Occasionally, but they do answer the phone, or they have when I've called anyway.

Yeah I've phoned already, but question is regarding stock which they need to refer elsewhere apparently...

Took about 2 days through their 'contact us' last time for me

I emailed to cancel an order, hoping it would be picked up to save them shipping and me sending back, unfortunately the kit had been picked within an hour, they did email after 90 mins to say they'd managed to stop the order shipping though, so pretty happy.
I realise this isn't necessarily typical of all user experiences
