Hi, i am looking to purcahse an exercise bike for Interval traning at home. My Dad also wants to use it for fat loss.
I am undecided between a spinning/upright bike which is better? The thing putting me off spinning bike is the lack of the screen which displays calories/heart rate etc.
My bidget is £300 thank-you
Get a spinning bike and a hrm
@£300 though, it'll have to be second hand - look for something like a Startrac or a Johnny G
Thanks for the input. I found these 3 spinners, for under £300 reduced from around £500, but am clueless as to what im looking for:

My mate is selling one of these, the red one.
He's in the stoke/cheshire area if you're interested.
Hmm thanks guys, unsure how much delivery would cost for that Ebay one, but may consider it.
Not overly keen on a used bike as i won't be covered under waranty.
@monogramman if i am to buy a used one then i would get a more expensive one as i could afford that one new. Thanks alot though.
