Damn. Just went to remove the cable port and the little bolt was tight. Instead of the thread coming loose the collar in the frame came away. Thankfully I was able to remove it with light persuasion.
I think there is enough material left to epoxy a new one in, is that called a rivnut? Any idea what size, Google search suggest it might be M3.

I'd email Pivot and ask their advice. They're pretty good at responding from experience.
