Hi peeps just bought a pivot firebird to build up I'm struggling with mounting the front mech, has anyone got one of these and had the same problem, it seems to me like one of the mounting screws does fit it to the mounting plate and the other just loosely fits into the plate, only thing I can think of is it needs a separate nut on the back side if the front mech once on, a little help please

Had a look on Google search, loads of photos on there that might help. MTBR web site also has some info with photos on. In the forums section is one dedicated to Pivot. Hope this is of some use 🙂

All sorted got a little nut that's done the trick on the back side of the mech
