What are they like for sizing? Being 6'2" with a 34" inside leg could I get away with the 18" Medium or is the 19.5" Large a better bet?
Assuming the sizing hasn't changed, here's mine.

I measure 1,80m with an inside leg of 32", based on that the 19,5 might be better as I think the 18" might be a bit cramped for you.
I'm 6' with a 34" inseam and ride a 19.5" which is great for general riding around duties, although I'm not sure that that helps you guaging rather you could ride an 18". Why not drop Pipedream an email and see what they think? I've always found them really helpful.

Im just short of 6 foot and have the medium one, and tbh, id get the large as im on the limit. It fits me great but add 3 inch and it will be getting small id reckon.

bang on 6 foot and 33" leg here and got the large. I find it just right so if I were 6'2" i dont think i'd be considering the medium. HTH
I think you'll need the large. I'm 5'11 and ride a large, but I've always ridden perhaps a slightly bigger frame for my height.
Preferred the ride of my old Cove HJ though, that was one of the Columbus tubed ones, and was more sprightly than the Pipedream.
5'10" here and the medium is a great fit on me. look through my profile for other thread on the Sirius' including photos for some ideas of proportion.
I'd definitely suggest you go up to a large.
about 6'1" with 34" leg and the 19.5 is a pretty good fit for me,18" would be too small.
Up until week or so ago I had a 19.5'' 2010 version.
I am 6'3'' or there abouts
