Anybody have a pinnacle trojan frame / bike? Struggling to find any info online regarding geometry. Can the take a 120mm fork and be used for general trail use?
I used to have one years ago. Pretty sure it'll be fine with a 120mm fork, bit small for trail use though really unless you're not very tall!
It will be a dual purpose mess around bike for me and a trail bike for the wife who's 5'2", I'm thinking either this or an xs bfe.
Also are they only one size? 15" seat tube
Searching via google chrome brings up the old archived Evans Cycles web pages for that bike. It was equipped with a 100mm fork. 120mm will jack up the front a fair bit.

I found the Evans page, do have a spacer for my fork(recon gold) to reduce it to 100mm eventually but will be 120 until they need a service.
How heavy are we talking 6-7lbs?
My mate had one for 4x, I wouldnt want to pedal it far. I couldnt give you an accurate weight. It took block and tackle to get it on the bike rack, and then the steering went all light 😉
Yes they only came in one size, can't remember the weight but it's a steel jump bike frame - not going to be light.
I doubt 20mm on the forks will make any significant difference so wouldn't bother with spacers etc, it's not a huge amount on a 'mess around bike' as you put it.
Great cheers, mainly tempted as the frame I have seen is a damn sight cheaper that even a second hand xs bfe, tho the misses would appreciate a lighter bike she only really rides on the flat so maybe she wouldn't notice the weight too much. And I've had a bfe in the past so know they handle well!
