[#8056792]

Has anyone had any experiences?

Been in conversation over a new DT350 Hub for a few days. Agreed a deal and paid first thing Tuesday. Messages not being read and heard nothing since.

May well be entirely innocent and will all be fine. But maybe not?

Thankfully paid PayPal Goods so should be ok in worst case...

Any other experiences/thoughts welcomed. Ta.

Aye similar experience here though IIRC there was an unfortunate self posting incident which delayed things and I also note the items I bought are still for sale. (Maybe to be expected given the user name - grey impots maybe!)

All good in the end, though so far anyway and turned up as described, although I've not built up the hubs yet so can't comment ultimately I guess.

Gee - thanks - reassuring to know my experience is not unique and that it has worked out ok in the end!

Will report back further if/when something happens...

Thanks Robump. Good to know. Remaining optimistic that all will be fine.

Can't be that optimistic if you've opened a PP dispute.

I have had to open a paypal dispute on this seller. He is very slow to answer messages if at all and does eventually post items but do not expect them quickly of believe any timescales.

He eventually sent my item but if was the wrong item. He agreed to pay return postage so I posted in good faith. Again I had to chase for the correct item to be posted but no refund after a couple of weeks of chasing! Wouldn't have minded too much but he asked me to send it via guaranteed next day delivery.

For info my item still shows as available so it doesn't mean it won't be sent. I just hope you get the correct item first time.

Interesting. Appreciate the heads up.

Will see what happens and meanwhile have all bases covered.

Fingers crossed.

If your buying a new hub go through a retailer who will at least give you backup & support.

Paypal received no response from seller so refunded me in full. Result!

Also suggest avoiding this seller.

Sadly this seems rife on PB.

Could this not be said for every single classified purchase?!
