Dear all

Thanks for the responses to the 'back problem' thread. I've now looked at local Pilates classes with the nearest being 16 miles from here and the times are bad - as much as I'm not fussed on the idea can anyone recommend a decent Pilates DVD - been looking at Pilates for Men by Lindsey Jackson but not sure if it's too advanced/unsuitable for a beginner?

I found 'Pilates for Dummies' really good.

Wear an eyepatch, say "yo ho ho" a lot, and try not to overdo the Japanese accent.
