My 150mm Pikes have 2 tokens in and although they feel OK to me I never get full travel, they seem to reach about where the tokens will be in the stanchions. I always assumed this was correct but read something that has made me doubt myself.

The tokens don't directly affect travel so it just sounds like an air pressure thing. It's not [i]necessarily[/i] an issue though, if you like how the forks are working. But it seems a waste.

Regardless of the tokens, have you set the sag properly?
