There's about 2" travel before the lockout kicks in, and even then is blows through really easily. Is this likely to be air in the bladder?

It's not a 'full' lockout on the pikes, more a heavy low speed compression circuit so you will get some movement, if this has changed, return them to place of purchase for a warranty inspection.

Thanks. I'll get them bled anyway, but the "lockout" has got less effective. The knocking at the top of the stroke has also got worse.

Mine were the same and have been away for a warranty fix.
