Don't want to damage my 140mm Pikes (solo air, fancy version) so just wondering if there's a minimum pressure I need to be running? I'll be experimenting with the tokens and pressures over the next couple of rides. I weigh around 12 stone fully kitted, bike is a hardtail being ridden on greasy rocks and down steep stuff. I prefer forks sensitive, not firm. Any tips on pressures/tokens etc very welcome, just to get me started. Ta.
