Been going through some old pics and found this beauty. Foot popped out of the cleat while cranking in (more speed = less death technique)

Lol, I survived the second one with two rolls and no swim...
Second pic is one of my old apprentices, first or second time on a river iirc.

This is me completely stuck halfway through a rock feature with a decent size drop off to the right- the Steps Of Doom. Had my left hand and foot wedged against the rock face and every time I moved it felt like I was going to die 😆 I think Iona thought she was going to have to hire a crane

Those pictures show perfectly why "getting your ass off the back" is not the way to do drops!

This is also not me, bailing out, halfway across a river on Exmoor!
