Plug in or the case type ones?
For Iphone 5s - any recommendations? I'd like to use the phone for mapping and Strava too on big hill days.

Quite like my small single cell Jackery Mini as it has a battery level indicator. Only gripes are the bright blue LEDs when it's on charge and the packaging it came in was big enough for about 5 of them and very wasteful. You can do pass through charging so useful when away as you only need one charger for both phone and battery.
Pick a decent make to be sure of getting something with a decent battery and safety features.
