Just started removing grindy bearings on mrs bike (trek superfly carbon). drifted DS bearing out ok but plastic sleeve is exact size of nds bearing so cant get a drift up to back of it havent got a week to wait for lbs to have a go. any useful ideas all diy bodges welcome. thanks

Why can't you just pull the plastic sleeve out?

Thanks for reply. So modified a tyre lever to hook in between sleeve and bearing a few taps and out it pops 😀 the sleeve is in 2 parts with each end end having a lip into rebate behind bearing so got to remove both bearing first. Might try ext bb kit next time
