Hello,
Is it possible to fit this[url= https://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;product=171282;menu=1000,2,88;page=2 ] crankset[/url] to [url= http://www.commencal-store.co.uk/frame-meta-am-v3-650b-yellow-2015-c2x14582262 ]commencal am meta v3[/url] ?
I am trying to find an answer all over the internet but with noone who can explain it and say it for 100%.

Yes, just ensure you have the GXP BB92 BB and not the shimano version.
Or if you run the Hope PF41 BB you'll also need the GXP converters.

I run the XO1 gxp on mine no problem, hope bb won't fit without modifying it due to the design of the frame and bb housing.
