I'd like to get a custom training plan generated, targeted to a specific goal in a couple of years. Rather than just use the interwebs, I think I'd like a proper professional assessment/plan so I can have confidence in achieving the right result. Can anyone suggest a good trainer/company that don't cost the earth, perferably with a lot of experience with cyclists (looking at endurance training in particular)? I'm based in Oxon but happy to drive a bit if necessary. Cheers.
If you're happy using the web to communicate then take a serious look at Gordo Byrn's http://www.endurancecorner.com/ for all endurance related training plans.
Andy Patterson? He did a lot of endurance stuff, not sure he's still around though now!
isnt andy living in auz or nz now ?
Thanks guys, looks like Patterson is indeed in NZ now. Will check out Endurancecorner.
Any other suggestions please? Cheers.
I know a couple of people who use Chris Eatough, and seem very happy with the results
the 'livestrong' site has various fitness stuff on to.

I HIGHLY recommend my coach.
+1 for the Torq guys - got me through the transrockies ๐ best part is they will tailor their advice to what you need / want / budget
