I have a titanium frame that has no permanent gear cable stops, just glued on plastic stops running along the downtube and right hand chainstay for the rear derailleur.
I would like to replace them with something more permanent and be able to eaily run a front derailleur
What are my options?
Here are photos of current positioning both permanent and non-permanent.
Below disc brake cable guides running along top tube.

Not sure if there's anyone in the uk who could weld new ones on.
weld? would you need to? with steel and alloy frames the cable guides are often/usually silver soldered in to place. Not sure if silver solder will wet the surface of Ti but assuming it does then adding cable stops would be a piece of pish wouldn't it? for a frame biulder....in fact anybody competent at a bit of soldering might do it....but don't take me as gospel on this.
Enigma Bikes would be able to weld stops/guides on for you no problem.
Glue ? Something industrial.

Look at my profile pic to see the disc mount he added to my old Merlin.
Beautiful but not cheap or local.
Find a local metal fabrication shop. Look here for bits http://www.alibaba.com/showroom/bicycle-cable-guide.html
Bring one to the other. problem solved.
It will be easier than you think
I'd have thought such a niche frame would fetch a pretty penny on here, enabling you to buy the geared frame you want!
the guides on my Pegasus are pop riveted on
